American Worksite is strong in our industry |
Jim Barrett, President and CEO, believes
involvement in industry organizations and continuing
education is key to fulfilling the promise of excellence
made by American Worksite to our brokers, benefits clients,
and their employees. In addition to his active
involvement with MI2, Jim has written articles for industry
publications, provided in-person presentations for industry
broker associations, developed and conducted continuing
education classes, and worked closely with our chosen
insurance carriers to stay abreast of the latest and
most-effective products and delivery systems. Jim was
one of the earliest proponents of electronic enrollments
(via the laptop presentation vehicle).
He has fostered the development of sales and sales
management throughout his career--both inside a major
insurance carrier structure and in his private agency
approach, mentoring more than a few sales and administrative
people to exceed their own goals and expectations.
Please visit the sites of the organizations represented
below to see why Jim continues to participate in their
endeavors and use their resources to
assure American Worksite stays at the forefront for delivery
of voluntary employee benefits at the worksite.
