About Us |
Our mission is to help employers, brokers, and employees
select the best voluntary benefits available. American
Worksite then designs an enrollment and communication
process to promote the company's benefits and let employees
select the voluntary benefits intelligently and with
dignity--and we will be there to serve that company and its
employees long after the completion of the enrollment.
We live this credo every day. (Jim Barrett, founder and
president)
What sets us apart?
American Worksite Insurance Marketing, Inc.
partners with brokers to establish comprehensive
benefit packages for client companies and their
employees. American Worksite represents the
best-known carriers in the worksite industry: AIG American
General, Allstate (American Heritage), Aegon (Transamerica), Genworth Financial, ING
(Reliastar), KMG
America (Kanawha), Security Financial--now Assurity,
and Trustmark... for voluntary
benefits communicated through group meetings, then
delivered and enrolled on an individual basis with
each employee. We also help our broker
partners establish relationships with these
exemplary
voluntary benefit providers
.
American Worksite's marketing strategy is simple: Work
hand-in-hand with the broker through the sales,
setup and enrollment processes to design and
implement the best benefits match possible for
client companies based on their industry and
demographics. Our well-established and
streamlined materials and processes lead to
consistently-excellent results. Our
professional approach--using only licensed, salaried
insurance agents as benefit counselors--assures
continued relationships-building with client
companies. Our creative solutions when
problems arise assure successful outcomes.
This website is designed for our employers and
brokers to investigate how we do business for them.
Company progress
Our President, Jim Barrett, has been in the
worksite marketplace nearly 30 years. Jim is a Past
President of MI2 (Mass Marketing Insurance Institute) and
has been writing articles and speaking for industry
organizations most of his career. His dedication to
providing affordable benefits for people where they work
continues to be a passion.
Jim founded
American Worksite Insurance Marketing, Inc.
in 1998 and the company maintains a solid reputation for
delivering on promises made. The offices are in San
Diego County, and our geographical concentration is in
southern California. We are licensed in 35 states and
can easily accommodate multi-state operations.
Our active membership in MI2 and the Benefit
Marketing Association--the two largest voluntary benefit
associations--keeps us up-to-date with the newest
information and products or carriers to support clients'
needs.
The company is growing steadily in staffing,
broker alliances, carrier representation, and companies with
"business on the books." We expect a growth rate of
30
to 50 percent in 2007. |
